EDUCATION
Through education of exercise process, additional materials and a network of experts, we give you a well rounded and sustainable approach to exercise and some other aspects of healthy lifestyle.
We believe that only understanding why and what you do can lead to lasting changes.
Our purpose is to be your reliable source of both practical experience and theoretical knowledge.

OPTIMISATION
The process of starting and continuuing to exercise is extremely complex because it consists of a large number of variables both on your side and ours.
Recognizing a significant part of these variables, we optimize the entire process and thus raise its level of success in changing desired states and abilities

MULTIDISCIPLINARITY
While we need to be somewhat competent in several areas in our work, it is important to recognize where our expertise ends and when you will benefit from our referrals to other professionals.
That's why we work with nutritionists, physiotherapists and other experts to provide you with the best service, even when it's not us.

During every class we learn and educate, and Geek Gym is a place where you can always ask a question. Most of the times we know the answers right away and if we dont we love to learn so we'll find out :)

During the year, we organize several workshops on the topics of training, physical activity and health, some of which will be led by us, and some by our colleagues who are experts in other fields.

Exercise and general activity are extremely important for the health of the body, but they are not the only thing you can or should do, especially if you have other problems or ailments.
You are our first priority, which means recognizing where our expertise ends and someone else's begins, in order to help you as much as possible in improving your health, abilities and skills.

It is quite normal that throughout both sedentary and active life you pick up various ailments. We can cure some of them with excercise and some require special interventions in the field of kinesitherapy

Recreational population
An important part of our vision is to offer a place to people who do not feel comfortable in classic gyms but feel the need to exercise and-or
recognize the importance of physical activity in the development of body and brain health and the positive impact on our emotional state.

Athlete strength and conditioning
We provide quality strength and conditioning services for athletes with the aim of improving their motor abilities and functional skills. Everthing we do is with the aim of reducing the risk of injury and ultimately improving sport performance and longevity.

Grappling
As GYM comes from greek word gymnasium, like every ancient gymnasium we also have a curriculum based on some variant of wrestling :)
Our chosen skill is No-gi Jiu Jitsu, for which we have created a special approach, based on learning the principles, systematizing knowledge and a special warm-up to reduce the risk of injury.
