GF (General Fitness) represents the idea of ​​general physical fitness. The goal is to have all essential components of fitness developed at an adequate level:

What is the goal of these trainings?

These trainings are designed with the purpose of improving basic abilities as well as educating about exercise.

Their goal is to achieve a more fulfilling and healthy life enriched by activities you enjoy, be it hiking, soccer, running, tennis, etc.

In training, the main task is often the development of abilities, but there is exceptional importance in the development of skills/techniques.

​ What does that mean? To be able to develop endurance through running without injuring yourself, you must have good running technique.

Also, in order not to injure yourself during strength training, you should adopt quality movement patterns in which you put a load on the locomotor system. ​

General Fitness trainings are designed for all people who are not professional athletes, and are dissatisfied with the state of their body and its abilities, or have mild locomotor system pain (for more severe pain, we have associate therapists)

THEY ARE ESPECIALLY INTENDED FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SEDENTARY JOBS

What makes our trainings different?

Group Workout Session

Group size

One of the things we have to pay attention to if we want to do high quality work is the number of people in the group.

This is exactly why our beginner groups consist of a maximum of 4 persons.

​ We believe that one trainer cannot take care of the execution of exercises by 10, 15, 20+ persons.

 

Science teaches us that complex multitasking is an illusion, so we choose quality over quantity :)

Wall Clock

Training duration

Although the industry standard is a 55-60 minute training session, our trainings last 1 hour and 15 minutes

 

​ Why?

 

We are aware that preparation, departure and return from training often take a significant amount of time.

 

In order to save the most valuable thing (your time), the trainings are twice a week but longer than usual.

 

Come 2 times a week, do your best and the results will not fail ;)
