Što je "individualni trening" ili radionica?

Individualni trening je termin u kojem radite 1 na 1 s trenerom kako bi sve bilo maksimalno posvećeno baš vašem stanju, problematici i ciljevima.

Radionica predstavlja manji broj treninga u kojem naši klijenti dođu naučiti specifično usmjerene vježbe ( za donji dio leđa recimo) ili štogod im treba kako bi bolje razumjeli kako da pravilno vježbaju sami (često u svrhu treninga kod kuće)

Each training is completely tailored to you as well as long-term progress where you can choose to focus on specific abilities and skills (strength, mobility, standing on  hands maybe :)) in which you want to progress.

Unlike fixed group training dates, here you have the opportunity to choose more dates and arrange each training in advance directly with the coach
