Equipment tips and recommendations

Here you will get a brief overview  and equipment tips for each type of training we offer.

You will also have at least one link to a product (usually DECATHLON) that is quickly and easily available although there are many other options, which are either better quality (but also more expensive) or will better suit your aesthetic preferences.

Socks

Since we are of the opinion that barefoot exercise is much more meaningful than the one in shoes (some things have to be done in shoes but our trainings do not) we advise you a good pair of socks that will ensure that your feet do not slip and at the same time ensure maximum stability and brain and muscle activations.

Shorts, leggings or tracksuit bottoms

The only thing that matters to you in training clothes is that it does not limit your range of motion and that you feel comfortable during exercise. One important thing to consider is that you start to produce a lot of heat very quickly so it is good to make the clothes lighter and “breathable”.

T-shirt

As with pants, the training T-shirt doesn't have to be anything special, it just needs to be comfortable, stretchy and as airy as possible, the choice is entirely up to you :)
